Description

A nourishing 2-hour journey designed to welcome the deepest stillness of the season with warmth, inner light, and quiet reflection. This practice is suitable for all experience levels. On the darkest day of the year, give yourself the profound gift of deep rest, stillness, and inner nurturing with a practice designed for the soul's quietest season. This isn't just yoga; it's a sacred pause to ground your energy and honor the natural cycle of the Winter Solstice. As nature pulls its energy inward, we are invited to slow down, gently warm ourselves from within, and turn toward the light that quietly resides in the dark. Yin Yoga is a meditative, slow-paced practice where floor postures are held passively for 3 to 5 minutes. By targeting the deeper connective tissues—such as fascia, ligaments, and joints—Yin Yoga releases long-held physical tension, enhances flexibility, and soothes the nervous system. CLASS ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Sankalpa (Intention Setting) Pranayama (Breathwork) Asanas (Poses) Meditation Journal Prompts / Reflective Questions Oracle Card Pull Date: December 20, 2026 Time: 9-11 am Investment: Sliding Scale $33-$40 (pay what you can comfortably pay)
