Official Giveaway Rules:
Path of OM Expansion Celebration & Open House

1. Eligibility

The Path of OM Open House Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Path of OM are eligible to attend the event but are excluded from winning raffle prizes.

2. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted in person at 3560 Gordon Murdock Rd, Osgoode, ON on October 3, 2026, between 10:00 AM EDT and 1:45 PM EDT. The prize drawing will take place live between 1:50 PM EDT and 2:00 PM EDT on the same day.

3. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

• Standard Entry: Attendees receive one (1) free entry ballot upon checking in at the open house desk.

• Bonus Entry ("Bring a Friend"): Existing members or attendees who bring a guest will receive one (1) additional bonus ballot per friend brought.

• No Purchase Required: No payment, class purchase, or studio membership purchase is required to enter or win.​

4. Skill-Testing Question Requirement

In accordance with Canadian law, selected entrants must correctly answer a mathematical, time-limited, skill-testing question without mechanical or electronic assistance before being declared an official winner.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected via a random physical ballot draw between 1:50 and 2:00 PM EDT on October 3, 2026.

• Entrants do not need to be present at the time of the draw to win.

• If a winner is not present, Path of OM will attempt to notify them via the email address and/or phone number provided on their entry ballot within forty-eight (48) hours of the draw.

6. Prize Claim & Forfeiture Period

• Selected winners have fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of initial contact notification to claim their prize and correctly answer the skill-testing question.

• If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 14 calendar days, or fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, they will forfeit the prize entirely.

• In the event of a forfeiture, Path of OM reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries or roll the prize into a future community draw.

7. Prizes & Substitution

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash value or studio credit.

8. Privacy & Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Path of OM may collect their contact details solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and contacting winners. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their first name and photo for studio promotional purposes (e.g., website or social media post) without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
