Description

A nourishing 2-hour journey designed to welcome the shifting season with balance, warmth, and quiet intention. This practice is suitable for all experience levels. As summer’s vibrant, active energy (Yang) gives way to autumn's cooler, more contemplative rhythm (Yin), our bodies naturally crave grounding. The Fall Equinox represents equal day and night—a cosmic cue to balance outgoing action with inward rest. It encourages us to shed what no longer serves us, deepen our breath, and preserve our vital energy for the cooler months ahead. Yin Yoga is a meditative, slow-paced practice where floor postures are held passively for 3 to 5 minutes. By targeting the deeper connective tissues—such as fascia, ligaments, and joints—Yin Yoga releases long-held tension, enhances flexibility, and gently stimulates energy pathways (meridians) to soothe the nervous system. CLASS ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: Sankalpa (Intention Setting) Pranayama (Breathwork) Asanas (Poses) Meditation Journal Prompts / Reflective Questions Oracle Card Pull Date: September 20, 2026 Time: 9-11 am Investment: Sliding Scale $33-$40 (pay what you can comfortably pay)
