Reverse the effects of burnout: *Reduce stress and anxiety *Replenish your energy *Reconnect with yourself and your body *Overcome overwhelm and overthinking *Be in community Burnout can be a deeply challenging experience, impacting your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This class is designed to provide you with a supportive space to: * Practice guided meditations: We will engage in a variety of guided meditations, including breathing exercises, body scans, and visualizations. *Discuss mindfulness: We will have open discussions about mindfulness, stress management, and burnout recovery. *Practice relaxation techniques: You will learn simple yet effective relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation and vagus nerve activation. *Connect with others: Share experiences and connect with others who understand what you're going through. You are encouraged to come with an open mind and a willingness to explore. This class is about your journey, and there is no pressure to perform.
